Monroe Purple Hurricanes take on the Red Devils in the Purple Pit and 7:30 p.m. tonight - take an umbrella just in case.
The big game tonight in Monroe continues the long-time rivalry between Loganville and Monroe. Although it won’t have any impact on the standings as the teams are in separate regions, it’s a big game nevertheless.
According to The Walton Tribune, Loganville has dominated most of the games taking 10 of the last 11 wins. The two teams, however, haven't met since 2009 due to the regional changes, so tonight is a whole new game.
Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. in the Purple Pit.

Bring an umbrella (or poncho) with you just in case. According to WeatherBug.com, there will be a 40-percent chance of isolated thunderstorms by kickoff time.
Weather.com is a little kinder, putting the precipitation chance at 30 percent.

Temperatures should be in the low 80s at kickoff, falling to the mid-to-high 70s by the final whistle.
