Tractor Trailer Wreck on Highway 138 in Walton County Takes Down Power Lines
At 11:16 a.m. one of two left lanes was blocked. A Wrecker is on the scene.
Georgia State Patrol confirm that a single-vehicle tractor trailer wreck on Highway 138 east at Pirkle Field Road partially blocked the road on Monday morning.
"A tractor trailer was traveling East on SR 138 at Pirkle Field Road and ran off roadway on the right side, over corrected and crossed West bound lane onto right of way striking a utility pole and small trees," said Franka Young, a spokesman with the Department of Public Safety Information Office, adding that the wreck brought down the power lines. "A large wrecker is on the scene. At 11:16 a.m. one of two left lanes was blocked.
Young said there were no injuries or fatalities.
