James Allen Campbell, Jr., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence – alcohol or drugs, open container violation, failing to maintain lane and for a seatbelt violation after Walton County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped him on Alcovy Street in Monroe at about 6 p.m. on Feb. 8, 2013. This was his third arrest for DUI in a week.
According to the incident report from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, Allen was arrested and charged with DUI on Feb. 2 and on Feb. 5 prior to his Feb. 8 arrest. All three arrests were conducted by the Walton County’s HEAT Unit.
