Car, Utility Trailer and ATV Included in Recent WCSO Theft and Burglary Reports

The following theft and burglary reports were handled by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office in the Monroe area between Sept. 10 to 13.

Zone 2

• Extra Patrol – Homeowners on Frost Road requested extra patrol due to recent burglaries in the area.
• Theft – A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle at TLC Transmission on Adamson Drive.

 Zone 3

• Stolen Vehicle – An ATV was stolen from a residence on Chandler Road.
• Burglary – A residence was reportedly burglarized on Moina Michael Road.
• Stolen Vehicle – A black Monte Carlo was stolen from a residence on Mark Trail. The vehicle was later discovered at the intersection of Snows Mill Road and Bethel Church Road.
• Theft – A utility trailer was stolen from a residence on Old Monroe Madison Hwy.

 Zone 4

• Theft – A theft was reported on Bradley Gin Rd.

 Zone 5

• Theft – Fuel and a battery were stolen from heavy equipment located on Mountain Creek Church Road and Highway 11.
• Entering Auto – A vehicle was entered on Old Oak Drive and items were stolen.
