Community Action provides NO Action

I want to know why this areas Community Action Agency (ACTION Inc) has shut down all it's county offices but keeps its entire management office open and paid.  There are no community services being provided and the community service coordinators out in the counties are ALL layed off while management is working and being paid full pay for managing and administering nothing.  Govt waste at it finest once again.  All other community action offices around the state remain open and providing services to those in need, cutting the hours and pay of their management staff in order to do so.  It is obvious where this agencies priorities lie once again.  AND they have no signage on the doors of the 10 county offices and no voice mail messages letting public know.  The federal money they are given is being used to pay salaries to people managing and providing nothing to the communities it is funded to serve.  They have layed off ALL the staff in the counties that provide the services and have not reduced any hours or pay in their Athens office.  Our tax dollars being used strictly for payroll for upper management.
