Karen's Bakery is Back in Monroe, Just in Time for Valentine's Day

Karen McCall is back on Monroe's town square with Karen's Sweet Confections - "making special moments sweeter."

Loganville Baker Karen McCall is back on the Monroe, Ga. Square with Karen’s Sweet Confections. The bakery makes cakes, cupcakes, and a variety of other decadent desserts that “make special moments sweeter.”

"After 18 years of experience baking and decorating, I opened Karen’s Sweet Confections in February, 2012 with the belief that 'making special moments sweeter' for people would make a tremendous difference in how they build, enjoy, and retain memories from all the special moments that define their lives," McCall said on her website.

McCall moved to Loganville for a while, but is now back on the square in Monroe, Ga. just in time for Valentine's Day. Karen's Sweet Confections also specializes in special occasion cases such as wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes.

"My commitment is to work with each client individually to ensure that the vision and emotions they want to feel and convey to their guests (if for a group event) are fully realized through beautiful, delicious, awe inspiring cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cupcakes, and delectable sweet confections," McCall says.

The bakery is open from from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday - closed Sunday and Monday. It offers fresh bake goods, coffee and ice cream as well as specialty wedding cakes, cakes, cupcakes and petit fours.
