The weather was perfect Saturday for residents to get out and enjoy Monroe's Annual Fall Festival.
Residents were able to take advantage the great fall weather Saturday and spend time in downtown Monroe enjoying the activities provided for the Annual Downtown Monroe Fall Festival.
