This Week at First Presbyterian Church of Monroe

Our Sunday School classes begin at 9:45 AM and worship begins at 11 AM.  This Sunday (27 April) Pastor Rogers' sermon is entitled “Living the Faith – Part 1” and is based on the book of Mark 9.38-42.

     This past Sunday we received the “First Fruits” offering of pledges to our “Continuing the Legacy” capital campaign.  Our pledges and our receipts both exceeded our goal!  

     Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7 PM our Fellowship Hall is filled with the sounds of Latin music as our exercise instructor leads Zumba.

     Every Tuesday from 10-11:30 AM the pastor leads a verse-by-verse Bible Study. We’re about to conclude Malachi; Jonah is next.  (Each session is stand-alone.  The class is free and the public is invited.)
