Found in Conestoga Mobile Home Park off Highway 11 in Monroe this morning. Older chihuaha, seems to be quite calm. Doesn’t bark, or bite, or growl, or do much of anything except lay around. Can keep temporarily, but will not be able to home for long. Searching for her rightful owners. She smells recently bathed. No collar when found. Not sure if chipped or not. Please help find this babies home!
